I reach for chocolate/sweets the way some people 'need' a glass of wine/alcohol on a bad day.

Sorry to hear that you were having a bad day Mooseketeer

A little square of chocolate with almonds usually does it for me. Okay, maybe 2 squares or maybe even 3 squares

This is a PERFECT thread for me today.

I had an utterly HORRID day at work and stopped at McDonald's on my way home - I had a Filet-o-Fish, a medium french fries, and a cherry pie (which I am saving for later).

Now I am in a comfy carb-induced coma and feel much, much better.

A bottle of Johnnie Walker black and a straw! Oh, and some chocolate covered cherries...(not the crappy ones, but the ones from Berkeley's sweets.)

Down-trodden abject-misery days require Nilla Wafers and butterscotch pudding. Exhausting/frustrating days only call for grilled ham and cheese with a side of waffle fries.
