Fav - Ready to eat Clam chowder. Not Fav - Sirloin burger. I think that is the driest meat on the planet.

Interesting article on why canned soups taste like canned soup...here comes the Science.
Testing canned soups. - Slate Magazine

"Carrots like baseball bats." Bet you never thought of that when eating canned soup before.

I love Progresso Tomato Basil. I just wish it was gluten-free. Hubby used to love tomato soup. I guess I should find a recipe and make it for him.

Campbells has a new line with a white label. I liked the chicken corn chowder from this line. I agree that the Sirloin burger has "tough" burgers

Campbells tomato soup and cream of mushroom soup. Not big into canned soups because of the sodium content. even the lower sodium soups are still high in salt.

YES, I'm with cb at sea ^^^^^

And Progresso tomato/basil too. Amy's bean soups are good. I eat few canned soups, though, usually making them from scratch.

Never buy creamed soups except cream of onion, which has the least fat...use only a little for cooking, which I also do with broths.

Progresso Italian Wedding Soup is great, to me. I won't eat generic brand stews and soups. I might be wrong, but I think that just asking for trouble, wind up with a mouth full of salt.
