D and J - it wasn't a lie about the cheap lobster this summer. I live in Maine and realize that alot of the places on the coast kept their prices up due to unsuspecting tourists but here in my town it was available at the supermarket for $3.99 a lb for quite a while. Then toward the end of the season the industry was able to interest a couple of cruise ship lines to buy up alot of it. Thank God, as it saved many of the lobster fishermen from going under.

I figured that it had to be true -- everyone was talking about it -- but it's like they saw us coming and yelled "Put up the OTHER sign!! The GOOD one!"

I'm happy that the lobster fisherman stayed afloat (no pun intended). That's more important than my having a cheap meal or two.
