Frozen prepared pot pies, use to be so gross & yucky to my taste bud, I nearly would gag when eating it, now I love the beef pot pies. Even though it has carrots in it, I will pick them out, never liked cooked carrots, I still don't.

oh, number 1 on my list has to be sweet potatoes. I love them but as a kid and young adult I thought they were discusting....I didn't really like pork either except for ham and bacon as a kid, now I could eat it almost daily I think...

Default Foods you DID NOT like as a kid but now you love them as an adult?

For me,

I could not stand----
Salmon filets
and Natural Oatmeal.....the plane Jane stuff.

Both are staples in my diet........yummy

Salmon is what I call, "adult food".

Beets.

Canned beets, just ugh.
But now I adore them - fresh, roasted, spiced, etc. In fact roasted beet salad was lunch today.

Turnip and mustard greens. Too bitter as a kid, now, I love 'em.

Onions, garlic, and fish.

If I worked at home, I would eat my lunches with extra onion and garlic every day. Go figure! Same with fish - I have it almost daily, but you couldn't have paid me to eat anything beyond canned tuna as a kid.
