Angus Burger (1/3 lbs) from McDonald's.

I usually ask for no salt on any patties, but no salt on that one was a must for me, otherwise I couldn't tell the difference between that one and their more frugal patties.

Chicken tenders from Burger King. I don't know exactly when they disappeared but one day they were just gone and replaced with these yucky little chicken nuggests similar to Wendy's sad little nuggets.

Grilled chicken ceaser salad and the regular grilled chicken salad (basic house salad with tomatoes, cucumbers & cheese) from Chick-fil-a. I used to order these all the time then one day they vanished and some other funky chicken salads were on the menu. I tried the new salads but sadly they weren't as good.

McDonalds once offered a cheese and pinneaple burger in the early 60's. It was originally presented as an option for Catholics who did not eat meat on Fridays. It evolved into the now famous "fillet o' fish".

Fast food for cooking at home: Willison's Quick Steaks/Minute Steaks and any other of the thin, compressed chip-steak brands. They did cook in one minute for sandwiches. I haven't seen any of them for decades.

Steve, they don't have Steak-Umms in Oregon? They are everywhere out here.

From Carl's Jr. I miss the Crispburrito and the California Roast Beef, as well as their crinkle fries. I'm pretty sure this thread has been done before.
