How long can you freeze a turkey?

I have a turkey that has been in my deep freeze for a couple of years.
Every year I mean to have a friend of mine deep fry it, but it keeps getting forgotten.

Do you think it is still good?

it would probably be edible but the texture might not be right. I never have used one over a year old.
