Good investment. I bought an oil sprayer to cook with. You put in whatever oil you want to cook with, pump it up, and it sprays out a thin coating. Like using Pam, but it's your own oil that you would be cooking with anyway. Not to mention a huge savings in cost.
What I use it for most is making tortilla chips and tostados. Spray the corn tortillas and place in the oven on a cookie sheet to bake. You can get the tortillas nice and crispy without ending up with them soaked in oil like when you deep fry them.
I never oil my pans and I use silicone bake ware, so I don't need oil for frying or baking, but the sprayer would work really well for those jobs.

Not to mention it doesn't have any weird chemicals in it, and it's ecologically sound compared to an aerosol propellant.
