Walnut bread is my favourite with a good proper sourdough but I love most breads apart from plastic sliced white bread. Olive, Rosemary, Bacon, Wholewheat, rye etc... Any artisan bread from someone who knows how to make bread is always a real treat.

I make my own bread, and like my white sandwich loaves (I don't like any store bought white breads), mostly because I use it for everything from sandwiches to toast with honey in the mornings to a base to slather on some pulled pork and coleslaw. Cinnamon toast too (which I tried with other breads like whole wheat, rye, and it just doesn't taste right to me).

Next would be seven grain bread, or my rustic artisan rye/whole wheat loaf.

I only make my own German bread by hand. Sour dough or the one with all the whole grain, flax seeds, sesame seeds and different type of wheat.

I used to eat honey wheat. Now I prefer white bread.

Mmmm Bread. I love true SF style sourdough bread, artisan breads, foccacia, ciabatta, and whole wheat with tons of seeds and grains, cinnamon raisin, banana, zuchini. I don't care for rye, pumpernickel or plain white bread. Also not a fan of dinner rolls unless it's a sourdough roll warmed up with melted butter....

What kind of bread is the brown bread that Outback Steakhouse serves (or at least they used to, I haven't been there in years.) It comes to the table in a brown loaf with butter and a big steak knife. I love that bread too but I never knew what kind it is.
