There will be 9 of us this year so

13lb turkey
8lb rib roast
with
roasted roots (from the original recipe by Delia Smith)
steamed savoy cabbage with caraway
steamed broccoli

both beef and turkey gravies

Dessert
apple and raisin strudel wreath with ice cream or pouring cream

cheese platter
and coffee or Irish coffee

I think I will go ahead and cook my ribeye steak and green beans then finish it up with crab cakes depends on how I feel

Justs hubs and I this year, so I think we will have a small prime rib roast, mashed potatoes, a salad, and pecan pie with ice cream.
