While I prefer very thin cut, almost crispy fries, these are completely awesome (thicker cut) and I make them on a regular basis:

Budget Bytes: balsamic oven fries $3.49 recipe / $0.58 serving

well done with salt and either Frank's Red Hot or cocktail sauce
Had some great FFs the other night-fried in duckfat with sour cream horseradish sauce.

Ive heard duck fat FFs are the best. Yet to try them.

Same here. Need to find a place near us that has them!

I also enjoy mixing a little mayo with ketchup and sriracha as a dip. That is fantasic.
