My last meal is Wisconsin cheese curds and a full cup of Coffee! My two favorite things in the world!
well if it really is the end, I have already posted what is for dinner: Salmon, pasta with pesto, salad and I have a couple of stuffed mushrooms left over from a luncheon yesterday.

If I was actually choosing my last meal I guess it would be a great cut of steak (maybe porterhouse) a fresh Lobster tail or crab legs, salad with homemade blue cheese dressing and maybe twice baked potatoes: don't forget the good red wine. oh and I forgot: starter would be escargot.

I'll either be eating crow or my hat!!! No way, no how is tomorrow it. My backup plan is we're having Hamburger Helper tonight, at my DH request (he loves that stuff).

No need to count calories, right?

A bowl full of freshly smashed guacamole and pita chips.

A large portabello mushroom, grilled with garlic. Fresh tomato and red onion slices on the side. A giant baked potato topped with diced red peppers, frsh snipped chives and parsley, and fresh cracked black pepper.

But I think we will all be back here tomorrow. "No man knows the day or the hour...." Not even the Mayans.

I'd make my food, and still dress up. I'd rather be at home anyways than at a restaurant.

Hehe. Probably a piece of crusty, grainy bread w/ pure butter and maybe some honey, too. Lots of butter. After all, it doesn't matter!! Then, maybe pasta w/ mussels and sauce, lots of grated cheese. Big salad w/ everything in it saturated w/ blue cheese dressing. Desserts, piece of cheesecake, maybe another later on, piece of chocolate cake and maybe a cream puff, too.

Well for me I have cooked my "Final" dinner at home, so not a problem.

A lot of good meals are posted! I forgot about a few really good items I've had in the past that I would of added to my final meal!

Prime Rib - There is a place in WI called The Roxy with amazing Prime Rib.. If I visit there again, I'm going there!

Egg Nog - how could I forget Egg Nog?! I'm obsessed with it!

Slow-Cooked Pork - If I put anything in my slow cooker, Pork is going to be one of the ingredients!

Home-Made Pizza - Cooked on a pizza stone! I have a pizza stone and I'll never bake a pizza on a rack again. I love it!

Now to narrow the list down because my stomach can't fit all that.. that's the hard part!

^^^ Hahahaha. I liked how NASA had to debunk it. I didn't think people would actually take it serious, but supposedly some really do.
