Ground Round, last ate at one on a road trip in Toledo about 10 yrs ago, google maps says its not there anymore.
Cheddars, these may still be around, but last time we ate at one the menu was totally changed from all the great stuff they used to have, now its just generic sandwiches.

Chi Chi's did have amazing fried ice cream. I have tried it at other restaurants and none even comes close.
There was a Ground Round in Lima, Ohio, right around the corner from our house. It was always packed, had really good food yet closed suddenly and unexpectedly.
There is a G.D. Ritzy's in Evansville, Indiana where I frequently travel for work.

They are kinda similar to Bennigan's in what happened to them. The main company went under, but a couple of franchisees were doing quite well.. So, they basically bought the chain.. But all the corporate locations closed.
Ground Round is down to about 40 stores, mainly in Minnesota.
