Flour tortillas = inexpensive
Wheat/flavored wraps = costly

Which do you buy, and why?
Do you consider them interchangeable for meals???

Tx

I make my own tortillas. I guess I could make them whole wheat instead if I wanted to, but I'm not big on fixing what's not broken.

I don't think I've ever had a wheat wrap, at home or at a restaurant.

I buy mostly the wheat ( organic, healthier kind ), but the taste isn't so great. The flour tortillas taste so much better IMHO, so I buy them sometimes too...
Corn tortillas aren't bad either.

I don't substitute them for bread ( don't eat bread with my meals), but I order ( corn ) tortilla instead of rice most of the times.

I get the wraps when they go on sale, about twice a year. I usually buy 2 packages, they freeze really well. Other than that I see very little difference except, as you mentioned, price..

I would choose a good tortilla over a wrap any day. I tend to find most wraps are thinner than tortillas. I personally like the texture and flavor of tortillas more.

I don't buy flour, wheat or flavored tortillas. I buy corn tortillas, they're great!

I love corn tortillas as well and never eat flour tortillas unless I'm having a breakfast burrito. Don't ever buy whole wheat wraps but I have had one before. I don't really have an opinion about them. They are okay

I buy low carb whole wheat wraps, I believe the brand Mission makes them. I don't eat wraps alot but if I do that's what I buy. Sometimes I will buy the white flour ones too.

We get whole wheat tortillas for burritos, not wraps. Or corn tortillas for enchiladas.
