I'm evil by dietary standards...but here goes... Buy the inexpensive angelfood cakes at the supermarket. A large jar of Strawberry preserves. Buy a big container of fresh strawberries and a couple of cans of real whipping cream. Clean, quarter, and soak the strawberries all day in sugar water in the refrigerator. Pull them out eventually, drain them, then remove the cap on the strawberry preserves and microwave until it's warm and easy to spoon out. Spoon the preserves over the angelfood, add the quartered strawberries that soaked all day, build a mountain of whipped cream above it...YUMYUMYUM

Favorite pig out foods?

PIG!

I love slow cooked hickory smoked pork, whether it be Memphis "dry rub" style, Eastern NC sweet and spicy vinegar style etc. As long as it slow cooked (like 8 hrs) over wood coals. With a big sides of fried okra, biscuits and gallons of sweet iced tea.

Living in Canada it's almost impossible to find that, so it's easy to stay trim.

Other favorites; fried shrimp, fried squid, fried cheesecake, fried ice cream, chimichangas and churros, (they're fried too, lol) spicy guacamole to dip torilla chips, licorice, ice cream, yogurt etc.

Cheese curds! What can possibly be more fattening than deep fried cheese?

I find the urge to visit "WHITE CASTLE" occasionaly is a must when it comes time to pig out. I have grown immune to the ill effects of those delectable little treasures of gastrointestinal delite after eating them for over forty years so I cannot say a bad thing about them.
