Well I'm average framed, though I think I've gained 2-5 pounds since yesterday. Now I think I'm close to 145-148 Ibs (not sure) but I'm 5'7.
Still, I'm going to try not to focus on food too much. Yesterday was the day I felt so stuffed and at some point I did get a bit scared for a moment (maybe it's going to catch up within a couple years from now.. I'm almost 26). This is what my mother gets concerned about. She goes on saying ''That's one reason your aunt passed away'' and went on explaining how she started developing complicates later on in life. Then she said about how my stomach might not resist one day and can explode. I haven't heard of exploding due to overeating.
Read post 18. Maybe get bloodwork done. Never hurts. Talk to your family doctor.
I'm a big guy and after two passes at the buffet, I'm going down. That is, blood is rushing to help my digestive system process the food such that it affects my energy and level of activity. She must have a big stomach pouch and maybe needs a lap band. Fact of the matter is that if you keep doing that over and over, the stomach will just expand.

Yes, you can actually rupture your stomach.
But much more likely are other health complications. Any idea how many calories you're consuming when you binge like this? Any idea how many calories are appropriate for your size/weight level of activity?
I probably isn't fat/muscle weight gain, more like digestive bolus from the food consumption that is making its way through the the digestive track, something like 20+ feet.

Nope, not really. Where do I find that?

Yeah, even my parents noticed it too. Right now it's like my face got a bit rounded (not too much, just a bit) and my ankle is slightly wider (my ankle bracelet doesn't fit anymore).
I didn't think you could gain pounds in only 1 day of overeating.
There's nothing wrong with being adventurous, but you are eating too much.
Meals aren't supposed to HURT.
Of course you enjoy it. Everyone loves to indulge. But you are OVERindulging. Modeling something your DECEASED aunt did is not really something to be proud of.
You also can train your stomach to eat that much, so I highly doubt it's hereditary.
It's only when I'm very hungry and I just keep going on till the plate is empty. Then at night, I will go for snacks or at times do eat something (if I get slightly hungry again) but lesser than in the daytime.

Yes, it seems to have long gotten used to large portions. I went with my family members once to a cheap restaurants where they don't serve you a lot but what would be considered ''the normal, apparently what most eat''. Needless to say I was still hungry.
