I don't care why they're good for us, I'm just happy that they are.

I LOVE avocados. I remember one time being told they were too fattening and bad for us. Now they're good for us. Avocado sandwich on toast is the best.

one of my favorite week day breakfast is avocado toast. One of my favorite lunches, avocado sandwhiches, one of my favorite salads, avocado with cottage cheese or avocado in green salad. Do I need to say more? We were raised in So Ca and both my parents and my grandmother had avocado trees..I was raised with them. Right now is the height of avocado season and they are so cheap here. At Aldis they are between 19 cents and 39 each. yes, they are small, but for 2 people that is just fine.

I love avocados too. I like avocado on bread but prefer not toasted.
