Boy I would love that, sounds fabulous. I don't use my kitchenaid stand mixer or my food chopper very much because they are so bulky, heavy, and inconvenient to remove from the lower cabinet I store them in. It beats having them clutter up my main workspace though! They ended up where they are in the first place because I really didn't use them that often... I can't imagine using the stand mixer for anything other than baking or the aforementioned mash potatoes -- and considering I lost my sweet tooth several years ago, I never bake anymore! As for the food chopper, it's usually easier just to get a knife and a cutting board dirty and do it yourself, you know?

Ditto.
I don't bake much anymore either, except the holidays.
And chopping food myself feels very therapeutic.
But I do love my Cuisinart for making pesto and other large volume stuff.
I just found two cracks in it, though. It is 25 years old.
It's funny how some kitchen gadgets collect dust while others get good and thoroughly used.
