I'm just wondering -- does anyone still actually eat zabaglione? It always sounded gross to me.

zabaglione is a drink...and yes in Italy they still drink it.

Zabaione is a dessert and a drink. Yes my Italian grandfather still kicking at 92 makes them every once in awhile. Love them especially when made with a good moscato.
