I buy my eggs from a small family business. The yolks are very large as a proportion of the egg. As far as I'm concerned these are the best. I love them fried, scrambled, boiled, coddled, etc.

Which do you prefer? Do you buy different eggs for baking than what you use fore eating straight or do you add extra white? Do you love that strong yolky taste as I do or do you like a milder yolk? Do you seek out the best eggs?

I love eggies and I only buy Jumbos...but I cannot get real fresh eggs like some people speak of. Still, I love them and I am quite good at cooking them any way at all, thank God!

I will eat the whites if I am having egg salad or deviled eggs but for the most part I like the yolks. My mom only uses jumbo eggs when baking or making quiches, she said it's a bonus if you get a double yolk in the egg.

I buy organic brown eggs at a farmers market. The yolk is really tasty. I've had an egg white omelet and it didn't have much taste.

Give me big, fat, orange yolks and a tiny bit of white just to hold it together when cooked.

Yolks! I made deviled eggs for Easter and used extra large eggs. I was disappointed -- seemed like there was too much white for such a large egg!

I like buying the brown ones at the supermarket -- they're just pretty!

I don't use eggs for too much besides baking, and ducks eggs are a thousand times better for baking than chicken eggs.

They are better in omelets, too, but possibly because they are so fresh. But with the baking, there is no comparison, Duck eggs rule for pastry.

I am not an egg connoisseur. I just buy Eggland's Best eggs. I like the yolks much better than the whites of an egg. I don't eat hard boiled eggs because I cannot stand the cooked white part. Only way I can eat them is if they are chopped up in a salad or something. Scrambled is my favorite way to eat eggs.

I buy farm fresh eggs with orange yolks like they are meant to be. I'll eat eggs anyway but pickled but my favorite is over easy and use my toas to sop up the runny goo.
