Besides salt and pepper. The spice you use on eggs, vegetables, and almost everything else you eat.

I always liked Ginger spice...Posh was pretty good too.

Now to be more serious, I actually do like ginger a lot. It's good in sweet or savory dishes too.

I don't spice anything, I like the real flavor of the food to be there and if it is good quality food there is no need to put any spice on it. It is sort of like Steak Sauce, if they steak is good you don't need anything to cover up the part that is bad.

Depends on the food, some foods are freaking way too bland without seasonings.

I like Hot madras Curry Powder and hot pepper sauces.

Cayenne pepper. I sprinkle it on chili, stews, chicken, steak, burgers, fish, eggs and sandwiches. I just love the taste of it.

I created a "house-blend" of seasoned salt that I like to use - salt, a bit of turbinado, paprika, garlic powder and onion powder. For some of my favorite Moroccan dishes I like to use Ras el Hanout.

I have done similar: I just mixed several spices together about the same as you and use it daily, but I also love basil (fresh) and my favorite has to be dill. I could use it on almost everything I think. I also like cumin and we almost always have some rosemary in the fridge or in the yard.
