How about pork loin or roasted pork, root veggies of some kind, smashed 'taters and a nice pie of some kind - sweet potato, pumpkin maybe?

Just trying to find something different for dinner. Saw the full moon and thought having something tied to Fall and a Harvest moon. Something original/different.

SOrry I've been missing coffee lately- life comes at ya fast sometimes, as they say on the commercials!
