Might I suggest the avacado egg rolls and the thai lettuce wraps? We share and it's more than enough for 2!!!!
My wife has made 2 quiche, broccoli and swiss, Yippeeeee!!!!!!

Ok got my burger fix and it was beyond good.

S-I-L and hubby coming tomorrow,staying over and have lunch,dinner,breakfast planned.

I second the Thai lettuce wraps!!! It's messy work, but soooo worth it!!!!!

go down to asian market buy moon cake (now 2 for 1 sale)
serve a slice with dinner go look at the moon eat moon cake and drink hot tea. mid august moon cake festival, symbol of chang er immortal woman who went to the moon with her cat. symbol means reunification with family.

Just trying to find something different for dinner. Saw the full moon and thought having something tied to Fall and a Harvest moon. Something original/different.

Sounds to me like Huck's suggestion would be better, then. Mine is much more traditional, I guess. That's ok.

SOrry I've been missing coffee lately- life comes at ya fast sometimes, as they say on the commercials!

I've been starting the coffee later than normal but it's there during the day and evening.
