No Papa Murphy's here. We like Papa John's very much, so we'll go back to it. We haven't had pizza in a long while - the last one bothered DH's stomach big time, so we took a sabbatical. Too bad we broke the fast with one we didn't like. Oh, well. COuld be worse. Enjoy the evening, all.
After taking back meds and waking up late I took it easy and had a delicious well aged bowl of BBQ beans. It seems to me as they age in the fridge they just get better. The rest of the evening I'll just sip on an unending glass of iced green tea. Not sure pirates ate beans but this one did tonight.

Out on the ocean for months at a time? I'm sure they ate beans, and smelled great too!
I am going out to dinner tonight. Not sure where yet. I am off to thrift stores now to find Halloween costumes. My son wants to be something scary... I always do a family theme I love Halloween! My hub even goes along with it ha ha poor guy I was thinking Scooby Doo. I will be Velma or Daphnie, my hub will be Shaggy(carring a scooby stuffed animal), an my son will be the little monster we are after... Not sure yet open for ideas
Good luck to you who are trying to quit smoking!
This is such a cute idea! I wish my stepson was little again! I think my favorite costume for him was one I made out of a cardboard box. Disembodied head on a platter! In essence, the box was big enough that when he knelt down it looked like his head was on a platter. I glued a cheap table cloth to the top of the box and draped down to his knees when standing, glued a plastic "silver" tray, salt & pepper shakers which I filled, a vase w/ flowers, etc... etc...Cut a narrow slit from the back top of the box and then widened it to accommodate his head. Draped "parsley" around his neck to cover the hole. Poured fake blood around the opening etc.. He was too cute!
