Thanks, Amber

I do remember watching a demo of silicone on TV once and I remember them saying they did not do anything special with it. I wasn't sure if that meant nothing at all, or nothing out of the ordinary for a cake pan.

Have you used this with silicone?
No - I don't have any silicone pans, but I don't see why not...it's just an extra 'helper'!

BTW Wilton's stuff is cheaper on Amazon

Thanks, Southdown! I'll go and look for it.

I hope my local store carries it. I don't want to have to wait to have something shipped.

I'm reading cookbooks tonight and thinking of the seasons - even tho it's still summer in Texas it feels like Autumn so something like Mulligatawny or spiced autumn veggie soup looks very appealing.

Love those autumn smells and colours....... Season of mists and mellow fruitfulness...

I forgot to share something that I found funny... So I go to Vallarta (local ethnic grocery store) The produce is much cheeper than major grocery chains. So anyhoo I am in the asian section looking for the "paper wrap" for the eggrolls. I ask one of the employees where the eggroll paper was and he sent me to isle 7. He ment well but I ended up in with the paper towels ad tolietries ha ha ha
If your looking for the "paper" it is in the cooler section just a heads up for my blonde moment ha ha
