Yeah, I know..thanks lacey! Ha! She is a rice lover and her step dad is a mashed potatoe freak! Often times, like elston does, we would have both! The scalloped potatoes does sound good Amber. A nice change too. I may just have to do it this way tonight!!

Help me find the person who was looking for the Pumpkin Swiss Roll, from a certain magazine her mother had and she threw away. I think I have the recipe.

I've searched both the Food court and the Recipe sections and no results come up, I think the request was deleted.

My gosh - took a day off from the computer since I spend all week on it working, and forgot how many pages I had to go back!!!!

Think we are doing a half turkey breast I got the other day. Need to smoke some salmon, so I think will start it with that and finish in the oven. Might try mixing softened butter, fresh rosemary, chives and garlic and schmear under the skin...we'll have to see what the rest is and how much ambition I have as Monday is cleaning day for me

Crazyworld has very kindly given me some great WW advice for dinner tonight for hubby's first official night on the plan... in the oven as I type Chicken breast rolled with BBQ FF cheddar cheese and Broc- he is going to love the little horseradish kick to it....added a little thin sliced tomato and onion to it that I had to get rid of. I have salad and some stir fry frozen veg mix for him... I am running around like a chicken with my head chopped off today. Got home about an hour and a half ago, checked my mail, ran to the bus, got dinner in and now I have one hour and I have to be out the door again for a PTA thing... crazy day....my house looks like a total drop zone with all the errands I did today... and I am going to leave it like that until the morning when I have more time...I will be home so late tonight... and I don't even care...(maybe if I keep telling myself that it will be true LOL)
