You guys got me thinking Italian, and DH wasn't hungry, so I pulled out some Bolognese sauce I'd frozen a bit ago and it's all set to go with some nice rigatoni! See y'all later!

It's really not too bad if you doctor it up with spices and sausage.

The talk of Italian food made me hungry so I'm cooking some Italian hot sausage with some onion, green pepper and red pepper. I'll eat it as is with some grated cheese over it. Now all I need is some wine. I was going to say prosecco but I prefer a red wine with sausage.

Default Lunch And Dinner Today

Tonight for me was Quizno's. It was a large honey bacon club with a side of potato chips. But lunch at work today was not ordinary. Some people, including myself, brought fixings (or fixins in Tayk-see-us) for some Frito Pie, and we ate that there in the office. Chili, Fritos corn chips, onions, three kinds of cheese. Fantastic eating!
