Tonight we have to clean the fridge, got some sausage, polenta, cheese... I'll throw in some French fries and a cucumber salad and that's it.

We had burritos, homemade, with a bit of top sirloin cut into strips, green pepper, onion, pinto beans, all sauteed together with some Chipolte salsa and rolled up into a flour tortilla...um um, good! We shared a beer and for desert had a few chocolate-coated malted milk balls...

Soup was a hit! Hub even went in for 2nds Thanks for the recipe....I always tinker with'em though. I bought tiny star pasta so it would be fun for my son. He was laughing at the tiny meatballs. Smile. He called'em baby meatballs. Just his size.

Talking Well, too tired to be fancy....

Pinto beans with string beans, fresh Zucchine from the Garden (last of the year probably), and I had to fry up some Spam...

and a Dr. Pepper....dessert well Apple and Banana (my P+ is low).

Thanks, Seattlerain! I will be honest with you, this recipe sounds hard! It does sound like something I might try though, just have to be in the right "ready to cook" type frame of mind! Thank you so much for taking the time to share that recipe! I WILL try it, just have to get my courage up? LOL
