Yep I made fudge with butterscotch chips embedded in the top and fudge with cranberries. The recipes are posted on page 1336. I couldn't get the cranberry fudge to set, so I just made the regular fudge and put a cup of cranberries instead of nuts. It turns out perfectly.

made a pot of chili tonight as my husband gleefully watched Florida knock the bejeesus out of Georgia...... made jalapeno cornbread to go with, along with organic brown rice for the weaklings that couldnt deal with just chili, also made a pumpkin cheesecake, with homemade whipped cream.
Hello to all my buddies, sorry to keep darting in and out like this, but am glad I have work, busy as hell here

Hey, Did ya see me wave in passing last Sunday? I know it is a blink as we went by on I-75 at about 75. I'll be passing again on the way to Lake City next Sat and will stop by for any of that left over jalapeno cornbread if ya don't mind. It's a favorite.

We're still doing the restaurant hop-around with a friend from out of town. Saturday was a NY-style deli. I had tongue on rye with mustard, half-sour pickles and a round potato knish. I was too stuffed for dessert, but brought home a Napoleon. A couple of the girls had hot pastrami on rye, another had brisket on challah and another had corned beef on pumpernickel.
