BLTs with cucumber and red onion added to'em. Ez Ez bacon for me. I crumbled 1 slice and had 12 grain wheat bread for me. Potato wedges baked with garlic and olive oil. Not for me the diet has begun and the treadmill awaits.

5 years ago I could eat the whole cheesecake and go walk it off in a single night. Those were the days.
I may have to try the exercise bike one more time in the morning to see if I can stay on it. I know I could use it.

Diet club There are goals to be met and I am willing. I am determined. I will never be my high school weight but 110lbs at 5'7 is to skinny for me now. I will be happy at 125. Enough weight talk. Thanks for the support is what I wanted to say.

I can still drool over the great food that everyone makes. X mas cookies and cookie batter will be hard. I have my little one to lick the beaters and bowl ha ha. (still have my fingers J/K ). I'll always be a foodie no matter what!! I think I get just as much appreciation watching people eat what I cook than eating it myself. Luck be on my side
40 min on the treadmill is enough for tonight. Noma and southdown extra miles are on me

Thanks. I'll return the favor as soon as able. Now for the cookies. How are we coming on the cookie project? Did I miss it?
