I have caught up on the goings on but still not sure as to dinner. Wife want allow chili two nights in a row in her house so I have to regroup on my previous idea.
MELT butter in 13 x 9-inch baking pan in oven; remove from oven. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over butter. Stir well; press onto bottom of pan. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crumbs. Sprinkle with morsels, coconut and nuts; press down firmly.
BAKE for 25 to 30 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars.
Not sure what is for dinner tonight. II'm not in the mood to cook, but can't afford to eat out. I might just throw some left-overs together, or I might have to just suck it up and cook something.
