Noma, I am breaking all of my own rules today to log in from work; I can't not respond. Dear friend, you are staring right at the worst possible nightmare any parent can face, and I ache for your pain and fear right now. Please know that you are not alone; we all share your worry, and we are all pulling for a good outcome for your beloved son, no matter how dark things may look right now.

Forgive me for saying this, but I must. Is there any way that you can get your son to one of the nation's preeminent medical facilities for further testing and treatment? Whether MD Anderson, Johns Hopkins or the Mayo Clinic, I strongly encourage you to help him get *the best* in terms of diagnostic expertise and treatment modalities. The fact that his doctor is unsure is very revealing, and brings a significant ray of hope into the picture. And even if it truly is the worst, your son's longterm prognosis is likely to be better, possibly a lot better, if he can be treated with the very latest and best techniques.

I will hold you and your family in my thoughts and in my heart, Noma, and I hope with all of my being that you soon have joyful news to share. Hugs-

Tonight, we'll probably eat out again. I have a PT aapointment and lots of errands to run, so we'll be out and about during the dinner hour.

Afternoon all, beef stew bubbling right along and just about ready to use up the rest of the chuck roast to hopefully make 2 pot pies to throw into the freezer. Hopefully there will be stew left over to throw into the freezer too, after leftovers for my boys lunches tomorrow.

Hope everyone's day is going well.

So I am cooking with with healthier in mind. Cabbage rolls stuffed with ground chicken seasoned. I am going to make a relish consisting of tomato, red bell pepper, onion, garlic, and a few other ingredients to simmer the rolls in. This will all go on top of jasmine rice. We will see
