Broasted chicken, spinach salad (if the spin is still good)
and lima beans.

Spinach crap? Fry the okra.

Only real butter for me, too. No substitute. I don't like any artificial sweeteners either.
Everything in moderation. My cholesterol reading was 159 last Summer, not bad for someone in her mid 40's. But then I do exercise 3-4 times a week and I eat all different kinds of foods. I just cannot eat breakfast, though. I know it's the most important meal of the day, or so I have been told, but I just cannot get my appetite up until lunch time.

Tonight, I was gonna cook fish, but changed my mind. I want cheese burger and baked beans. I also have coleslaw left over from last night. Once in a while you just have to have a nice juicy hamburger...

Come to my house I will fatten you up! That is what I keep telling my oldest son's g/f too. She might weigh 90 lbs soaking and wet we told her not to go outside in her cap and gown she might lift off!

Elston-mine melts on toast, muffins, baked potatoes, etc - I've even made white sauces with it and no one knew the difference. My husband loves his butter so it's here for him and I use the SB.

Picked up a thin crust pizza at Papa Murphy's-take n bake. With spinach salad of course. I found if I don't have spinach salad everyday I crave it. What a difference from last years when it was mashed potatoes and biscuits all the time.

Elston, I had the same issue w/Smart Balance. OK, I confess, I'm a puddler too.

Oh, try Land O'Lakes fat free half & Half in your smashed taters. Yum. We use it in mac & cheese and scalloped 'taters too (in combination w/skim milk so it's not too dry, but gives it a nice richness).

Nothing special in it-just baby spinach leaves, sliced black olives, mushrooms, grape tomatoes, red onion and fat free feta crumbled, topped with Kraft fat free caesar. Have it lunch and dinner.

Sounds great, not sure I could look forward to eating it every single day, but it must be really good for you! Then again, I have chicken stock and veggies for lunch most days when I'm at home, and I still look forward to that!
