elston, it is dip that you spread on bread......so I guess it is both!!

It has the consistency of a spinach dip

Now you're all going to be thrilled with this original idea: I have some chicken marinating, and some leftover shredded beef.. so I think we will have soft tacos on corn tortillas, topped with onion, cilantro, and hot sauce.

Hmmm.. I am ready now.


Am I the only one who doesn't like sauerkraut? I like "Rachels" not "Reubens" - where they use cole slaw instead of kraut, but I don't think that would translate well to kelsie's dip.

Hello all, glad to see you back HG. Not sure what dinner will be tonight, but I am having a nutrional lunch today at my desk...Bugles and a diet Pepsi, lol. That dip sounds great, thanks for sharing!

Debsi & crazyworld no kraut lovers here either.

We are going to have mashed potatoes don't know what else yet. I have potatoes and milk to get used up we just had potato soup so that is out.
