A light dinner: Bacon and tomato sandwich, mashed cauliflower with garlic, some green olives -just cuz I like 'em, a brownie.

I seem to be trading my candy cravings for brownie cravings. I'll have to put my foot down ~ to myself!

I am happy to have lost 20lbs since July from getting more exercise.
