Fresh uncooked tiger prawns
fresh lemongrass
(my own red paste)
red peppers
lime leaves
cocunut milk
fish sauce

with jasmine rice

Thank you for the link. Now I remember the thread. I am thinking roast pork with parsnips, onions and potatoes. I'll report you back after I tried it.

Dinner tonight may involve pork chops, but I don't know how exactly I should prepare them. I can't grill today, of course, it might rain. Anyone have any new ideas on how to cook pork chops?

This is hilarious - deserves an entire thread of its own! Love the celebration menu ideas...

Sadly I imagine some folks will be dining more simply...on bitter pills and sour grapes

Based on personal experience I think as long as you're pleased in your mind that you've quit you'll be fine

And I'd bet you're starting to notice some real differences in the ay some foods taste?
