Debsi- Thanks. The eggs in a hole sound easy and my hubby would love them.

I agree leftovers are the reason for cooking. It's so we can have a break and get a great meal at the same time

Chicken fried steak ala shoneys style of cooking it, brown gravy, my ultimate famous mashed potatoes (according to my family lol), green beans, pinto beans w/ vidalia onions, buttermilk cornbread, pan fried cabbage, and a homemade (well, me and Mrs. Crocker! ) white cake with buttercream frosting, and some darn FINE ice tea!

Thanks! Gettin there anyhow! Still not a hundred percent, and I am really getting tired of this mess!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh well!

Glad to be able to actually sit here, read AND comprehend what I am reading!

I was sooooo happy to be able to cook today!!!!!!!! But it really did take the sap out of me some! I hope to be truly 100 percent in a few days - Good Lord Willin and the creeks don't rise!!!!!!!!!

Lacey - I simply do not understand how in the world you deal with this type of cold???????? I am fixing to walk outside in my shorts and t-shirt and "sit a spell" (bear in mind that I am unnaturally hot natured ). Girl, come spend the week with me and DEFROST!!!!!!!!
