MTH-congratulations!

Lacey- I am on my way.

SD-you will be dearly missed, come back when you can.

I never got back here last night. After remortgaging the house yesterday to replenish the food for the refrigerator and putting everything away, we went to our local pub to play NTN trivia, h had a burger and I just ate some fries. Today however, is a different day. We had an Italian early Sunday dinner as h was off today, we had rotisserie chicken, organic potato Gnocchi with hm red gravy, meatballs and sausage, crusty Italian bread, a loaded spring lettuce & spinach salad.

Tonight for SB, jumbo shrimp cocktail, h bought fresh salsa made with grapes, looks interesting. I will let you know tomorrow. White cheddar cheese and pepperoni. Have a great SB. kelsie

VC Dreamer, this is how I make my beef soup.

Shin soup bones, I usually buy 3 for a 6 qt. soup pot
3-32 oz containers vegetable beef broth
1-32 oz container chicken broth
celery & celery leaves
carrots
onions
2 Yukon Gold potatoes
parsnips
1-8 oz can tomato sauce
1/2 c barley

Slowly simmer for at least hrs., cut the meat for the bones into cubes. I also put Italian Orzo pasta in my soup. I hope you enjoy this recipe. kelsie

Barilla makes a pasta, Mezzi Rigatoni, that is little short (3/4"?) sections of Rigatoni, it's good with chunky sauces. I had a small plate tossed with a nice garlicky tapenade and grated cheese for the early part of dinner. A coupla slices of Pepperoni pizza ready for late dinner duty

Turkey was tenderer than than the best filet mignon-only a fork to cut. Rub it heavily with mayo mixed with salt/pepper,tarragon, thyme, sage, garlic powder, onion powder-dang ot was so good.

Go Steelers!!!!!!!

Well the pies were most welcomed sorry I didn't read the requests on here before I delivered them guys.

Had chicken fajitas, refried beans and spanish rice~~~~~again. Not that it wasn't good just seems my family gets into ruts of always wanting the same foods weekly. Maybe I should just start cooking then say "supper is ready" without asking what they would like reckon?

Congrats MTH on your brightness!
