Good Morning Everyone!

Lisa, last week I made stuffed flounder with baby shrimp, parsley and grated Locatelli Italian cheese. Egg and Panko breaded, dipped in melted butter, baked 375 for 20 minutes. It was delicious with rice Pilaf and broccoli.

I do not care for the beef Braciole, my family prefers thin pork cutlets. Lay them out flat and add lots of Italian grated cheese, flat Italian parsley, toasted pine nuts (toast in 350 oven for about 2 mins., do not let burn) & garlic. Roll them up and tie with twine. Simmer in your gravy (red sauce) for 4-5 hrs. It really is delicious. When I come to visit you, I will make some for you. kelsie

Dinner tonight will be a "giambrotta", everything from this past week that is left over in the fridge. I am going to defrost some chicken soup for myself, this cold has come back with a vengence.

Have a great morning everyone.

Thank you Lacey, what I have to do is stay the heck out of NJ, every time I go up there I come back with something. Last summer we took the kids to the Air Show in AC, it was so crowded and I called h to try and find him on the beach, I fell head over heels over a sand castle and broke my foot, not "one" person came over to try and help me get up. That would never happen here, people really care about one another Aside from the kids and pizza there is nothing I miss about that State.
I am just going to take it easy today and let the dog clean the bathroom. Just like skbs, I think I overdid it this week. Curl up with John Grisham's book The Last Juror and have some chicken soup, but if this lingers over the weekend I will go see the dr. in the country 25 mi. from here. Hugs, kelsie

Kelsie take care...I'm sure the stress you have endured lately didn't help.
skbs.you too

All the recipes sound great especially the pork cutlets in "gravy".

You guys are great thank you. I think I will throw this coffee out and get a cup of peach decaf tea, honey & lemon, chicken soup is in the pot simmering now.

GH, sometimes I forget that I am upset about all the sickness up No., we were sup. to get a phone call last night about h sister that never came.

GH, as far as pureed mashed potatoes go, I swear by my ricer, it makes the potatoes light and fluffy, real unsweetened butter, half & half, salt & black pepper. You can add cheese, scallions etc. to your taste.
