Does anyone here know a good substitute for Kasseri Cheese (it's a Greek cheese made from goats or sheep milk)? I can't find it at my local store.

Spent a beautiful Spring morning walking around lower Manhattan, I'm pooped

Dinner will be the lazy man's special, my local market puts out a decent selection of prepared foods, will have their chicken parm over my spahetti
