well tonight it is going to have to be something simple as I am a pointer finger down. of course it would have to be on my cutting hand, but I get out of dishes for about a week. I think by the end of the week DH will be getting my dishwasher and putting it in (I could only be so luck so I won't hold my breath)
I am also glad everybody is feeling better and that the warmer weather has decided to show its face for a while.

I went back searching to see if I had missed what happened to your index finger......can't find anything. It sounds serious if you have to keep it dry for a week. I certainly hope that it is soon better! and that you get a dishwasher out of it.
Well, I just had a friend visiting from out of town, so couldn't really pop in much to say hi! Plus, I had to give back my work laptop and our PC sucks -- we are like the Slowsky's
Anyway, we ate a ton when my friend was in town -- Mexican night, Chinese night, cook outs (Wisconsin style beer brats with sauerkraut and brown sugar -- YUM)....now I need to go grocery shopping and get some healthy stuff!
It is super hot here right now and we don't have AC, so I am thinking tonight will be salad or maybe a ceviche (only made with fake crab so I don't get myself sick!!)

I think tonight I will make spaghetti! I think I have a jar of pesto sauce at home. I have cheese and I have paper plates and utensils and I'll probably have eaters.
Hubbie is going to BBQ some nice rib-eyes tonight...yum! Baked potatoes and a cool green salad. It's hot here with a lot of humidity so the less cooking the better! Besides my energy level in still not up to normal so letting him do some of the cooking works just fine for me!
Cheese omelets, home fries and eng muffins here. Our land line died and have to sit and wait to repair!! Also trying to use up what's in fridge prior to leaving.
