Elston I can smell your meatballs in Boston.....
I use Prego when I am not using my sauce..I just add a tad sugar(gets rid of the acid), basil and parmesan cheese.

Anyway, tonight I have in the oven a Swift's Premium pork roast marinated (Italian)..spinach (YUM my favorite) and Yukon Gold potatoes for hubby.
I weigh in tomorrow...I have to honestly say that of all the diets I have been on, this one is great....all regular food. I'll know tomorrow if I am doing it right.

Had a grilled turkey, sharp cheddar, and roasted red pepper sandwich.

Due to a small fridge jammed with an on sale watermelon I took some icy cold melon, lime juice, and a little honey and gave it a ride in the blender, pretty tasty. Had I planned a little better there may have been some vodka to go along

Default The schemes of mice and husbands

I let it slip about those leftovers and well to make a long story short the only real ones were from last night. The Mrs. liked her scheme better and brought home a box of my favorite fried chicken, coleslaw, and on the vine tomatoes so I guess the left overs are for tomorrow evening I'm not a throwing out some perfectly good limas though. I know if I dig around I'll find something she hid on me. For now I'm to full up to crow so I'm just going to sit here and maybe catch a few winks.Have a great evening everyone.

Well now I've got most of that $14 a bottle Fino in the fridge but think it best saved for another recipe. Unless it would aide in the ingestion of the dinner I just consummed?

Can't hurt!

It's quite good with appetizers, a mainstay in Spanish tapas bars. Come winter time when I'm a big fan of split pea soup I like a little splash in the soup and another splash in the cook
