Not sure what dinner will be tonight.... going cruising on the internet for a good comfort food. Last night my stomach was so upset I only had toast for dinner. So I guess I'll have to find something I can use the hamburger meat in for tonight.

Hard to beat meat loaf with mashed potatoes for comfort food I may have to do something along that line myself.

You could SUMMER up the meat loaf...

I LOVE meat loaf... it is a great comfort food... there is a place in Rochester NY where they actually GRILL the meat loaf... it was interesting...glad to have tried it... and I thought it was a nice twist and a great way to make it more summer friendly.

What the next level up from comfort food? I will need something more on the order of sedative food it we get anymore of the in house lightning anytime soon. There must be a food to prescribe in that works to calm the aggravation of lightning damage??

Lightning damage... that is horrible! You need a giant pc of Double Fudge Cake...laden in dripping chocolate frosting and perhaps w/ some sort of fudgy-mousse filling... washed down with a tall glass of milk... There... prescribed...LOL

Friday night we got hit and I lost my photo editing machine as well as a pro film scanner. Oh well my wife got a free foot massage out of it. I do believe one will suffice for her though. Barefoot in the kitchen is not all it's cracked up to be all the time she understands now. Maybe Fino is being called for. Trying to use it for cooking only but that is subject to change with the weather.

As long as the milk is chocolate milk. Otherwise it will go down with Tang. Or maybe the Fino.

I had a basket ball sized "ball lightning" come in thru the front door with me, some years ago, and bounce around the room and then hit the TV and it all went up in smoke. Scarey!
