It's so cool here I'm wishing we didn't decide on pizza. It's the kind of day you want that wonderful smell of spaghetti gravy, meatballs, sausage filling the house or a big pot of beef stew. But pizza it will be!!!!!!!

Buffalo legs in the pot simmering, corn warming, pickled beets chilling. Tea is cold. I'm still envious of those having chili type weather. By next week we may have to turn the AC down low and pretend and fix a pot of chili to go over a bed of rice. Ya got to do what ya got to do sometimes.

I am planning to cut up a sword fish steak and put it on skewers for a sea food shish-ka-bob. I think I will use that MOJO marinade that Goya makes...it has a nice citrus flavor. I will also grill a summer squash and we have rice.

On the menu tonight is spinach salad with chicken. It also has avocado and sunflower seeds and red onion, with a homemade lime vinaigrette dressing.

It is really healthy and simple to make.

Looking good!
All done with the spaghetti sauce and froze 6 containers of sauce plus having it for dinner tonight! Turned out good! I'm full and ready to get the kitchen cleaned up and relax. Hope everyone has a lovely evening--good night!
