Moving to H-glad you're a little better. Think oatmeal, soup and mashed pots are all I'll be doing today. My right jaw is still pretty swollen and sore.
I've decided on good old spaghetti with garlic toast and a salad for tonight. I have the sauce frozen and the rest is a breeze! Quick, easy, little clean-up.....my kind of dinner!
not in to much of creative mood tonite....chip and dip. cover cookie sheet with layer of dorito chips, top with taco meat and sliced jalepenos, cover with shredded cheddar cheese. Pop it in the oven until cheese is melted.
Before serving garnish with lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream and salza. Great for movie night....................

actually I got this from a Mexican Restaraunt in Anchorage Alaska (La Mexicana) La Mex!!!!!great place to party or eat! They also called it Chip and Dip.
