I found mine at Costco last Christmas time. I have seen at the bookstores though. It is a binder type cookbook....lets see full title The America's Test Kitchen Family Cookbook. I love, love, love it. The other night I was going to make sloppy joes for my kids and I didn't have any sauce mix. Well what do you know I found a recipe in there for it and it was quick and easy and tasted awesome. It also gives tips on pans, why some ingredients work better than others etc....

Just about everything I have tried I have loved. The only one I didn't really like was their pot pie one, I think I screwed something up with the sauce It just didn't work out right. But other than that everything has been great.

I love to try and come up with new tastes, recipes-it's a challenge. I did it more when kids where home. America's Test Kitchen has some great recipes.

Looks like omelets tonight.

Tomorrow night-NJ pizza-yes!

That and a loaf of bread in the oven.......

OK I just ate lunch and now I'm hungry!! No ideas for supper at this point...I might just skip it and pick up some fish-n-chips & big salad for everyone.

This is exactly what I do! I hate it!! Chicken nuggets for my son, something for hubby, a vegetable at least we all can share and then something for me (usually rice dish of some kind).
