I usually put louisiana hot sauce on my catfish and the gravy on my potatoes although I know my daughter likes to sop up the gravy with the catfish. I just do a regular white southern milk gravy like you would have with country fried steak.

Gosh....my dinner sounds so simple compared to everyone elses. Good ole' chicken breasts marinated in teriyaki sauce with baked yams and green beans. Just sounds so plain after reading some of the others here. Oh well, today was so hectic. Had to take one my cats to the vet. Guess she has or at least pretended to have a bit of a resperatory problem. We have her on antibiotics just in case. Funny--she's been sneezing a bit for a month or so but when I mentioned going to the vet last night she stopped all the sneezing. Hmmmmm. I wonder????

I splurged tonight, bought t-bones to put on the grill, baked potatoes, and a tossed salad with arugula and spinach. Made a coconut cake last night for the photo shoot, so will have that too!

Oooh, yum - I adore a good steak, and I'd kill for a piece of fried catfish right about now!

Everyone's dinners sound awesome tonight - London broil, homemade pizza, catfish, steak, teriyaki chicken....

Damn diet.

We're having a jazzed up frozen pizza (adding mushrooms, garlic, and sun-dried tomato) and sweet potato fries while we sit on the couch and watch a movie and drink beers. Love Friday nights!
