WOW!!! King crab legs were on sale at Harris Teeter for $6.99 a pound. Great price. So we bought a couple of pounds, cooked them up and had a baked potatoe and salad last night. They were so sweet and good. Yummmm!! Best price I've found for frozen king crab legs.

I made a delicious soup yesterday: it was italian sausage sauteed with garlic and basil then I added a can of beef broth (less than 33% sodium type), a can of kidney beans, a can of black beans, and a can of diced tomatoes. I covered and simmered the soup for about 20 minutes and topped with a little bit of cheedar cheese. Very tasty!

I want what you guys are having! Maybe I'll try each one on different nights. I have never heard of stores selling Wahoo until I moved to NC. That is the BEST fish out there. Yummy!! The soup sounds great also and pretty simple--just what I like. And I die for tacos..and homemade guacamole and oh yes, margaritas!!! You guys make some great dinners and have some excellent ideas. Thank you all so much!!!!

Turned out well....my BF who is a pretty picky eater even liked it. He had never had a dumpling before. He'd never heard of rutabaga either and didn't recognize it when I showed it to him. He said the rutabaga tasted like "dirty potato" but he liked it anyway.
