Tonight is lasagna with garlic cheese bread and salad. Yesterday we had chicken thighs that were cooked in the slow cooker with BBQ sauce and the meat just fell right off the bone. They were soooo good!

Serve over angel hair.
It is a very light sauce but different and so good with great flavor. Quick and easy with leftovers.

crazyworld.....You have no idea how long I have been reading back pages trying to find this recipe. I remembered reading about it and it sounded so good...whew! I was hoping to make it tonight but I don't have a couple of the ingredients...sigh...At least I finally found it. I copied and pasted it in my documents.
Now for tonight---I'm thinking the chicken rolled in the onion rings. Guess I'd better take the chicken out of the freezer!!

Tonight is probably chicken fajita tacos, with some low fat cheese, sour cream, lettuce, salsa, and jalapenos. Yum!

It is the fat burning diet....it really is pretty good. Makes a great soup. So many choices.
Go to www. DigitalTimes.com and in the keyword put fat burning soup and it will come up.
You have to follow it to a T though but for only a week. I cannot usually drink tea without milk and sugar or coffee without cream so I am drinking 00long tea...so good.

LaceyEx....the chicken breasts in the dried onion rings was great! Even my husband, who is pretty picky, told me to make this one again!! It smelled yummy cooking--I love onions--and even tasted better!! Thanks and I'm so open for any more great ideas!!!
