We are grilling; I have a top sirloin I took out of the freezer and stuck in the fridge yesterday. We will grill veggies and probably have twice baked pots, but maybe I to a little healthier and just fix a salad?
For tonight I made Moroccan chick peas with carrots tagine,very spicy and with it yogurt with cut cilantro in it. To drink ice cold sour lemon water. For dessert fresh sliced mango/papaya and strawberries.

Pan seared petite filet, roasted red potatoes, green salad with bleu cheese. I wanted to grill the steak but it is 103 outside right now so, no way Jose.
Update: it is 105 now. I just went outside for a minute and it felt like an oven. My feet got burned watering the potted plants.

Made pasta and had some meatballs I made in the freezer so put them in an Alfredo sauce tossed a salad together and called it supper.
