Turmeric chicken
A very healthy and delicious meal!
Alm's Turmeric chicken!
You need:
4 chicken breast (or thighs or legs,but taste best here with breasts)
2 heaped Tbsp butter
1 heaped tsp of turmeric
salt and black pepper to taste
! red Bell pepper
Melt gently butter in pot and add turmeric and stir evenly. Lay washed,dried chicken pieces in batter and turn chicken around to cover all sides in batter. Set on med. high for about 10 min. and guard your chicken. , than lower heat to lower temperature. put a lit on. Meanwhile wash and decor the red bell pepper and slice it very thin and fine (looks elegant and pretty for the eye) and throw it in the pot. Same time you can turn chicken around and close again the lid. I let it sit almost on slow cook an hour. Just test with a knife. Once you feel the tenderness, it is ready. With it I serve rice and if you like even a green salad, or broccoli.but not necessary.
