Well we didn't have the veggie burgers last night so we are having them tonight. I am also making German potato salad. I have decided I know why I haven't fixed veggie burgers very often in the pat 10 years or so: I couldn't believe how expensive they are.

there's a brand called morning star farms,,and boca ,,,,that are reasonable on sale,,
some brands,,like quorn (sp) is quite pricey..
i use to make a salt-free veggie sausage years ago-in the casings,,it looked weird,,but it was very good..
in my work, i get to try different things in stores, so maybe we'll try that again.
